Type1: UT Type Chamber : -75°C to +180°C (with cascade refrigeration system)
Type2: DT Type Chamber : -40°C to +180°C (with single refrigeration system)
Type3: HT Type Chamber : Ambient to +180°C (without refrigeration system)
